Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MMO.ai website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are capable of forming a binding agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to you.
Description of the Service
MMO.ai provides a wallet experience and related tools designed to help users discover Bittensor subnets, view relevant network information, and participate in staking-related activity. The Service may change over time, and features may be modified, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
Non-Custodial Nature of the Wallet
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MMO.ai is intended to operate as a non-custodial wallet experience. MMO.ai does not take custody of your digital assets, does not control blockchain accounts that you control, and does not hold or recover your private keys, seed phrases, or signing credentials.
Subnet Discovery and Staking Features
The Service may display information about Bittensor subnets, validators, staking opportunities, network conditions, and related activity. Such information may come from public blockchain data or third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Any staking action you choose to take is your own decision and responsibility.
No Investment Advice
MMO.ai does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, stake, delegate, or hold any digital asset or network position.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the information presented through the Service, understanding the risks of blockchain-based activity, verifying wallet addresses, staking destinations, validators, subnet information, and transaction details before acting. You are also responsible for your devices, accounts, connectivity, and compliance obligations.
Wallet Security and Private Keys
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, backup materials, devices, and any authentication methods connected to your use of the Service. If you lose access to your credentials or authorize a transaction in error, MMO.ai may be unable to reverse or recover the resulting loss.
Third-Party Networks and Protocols
The Service may interact with or display information from third-party networks, wallets, validators, nodes, protocols, app stores, and infrastructure providers. MMO.ai does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, acts, omissions, fees, or performance.
Fees and Taxes
Blockchain networks, validators, app stores, or third-party services may impose fees, gas costs, commissions, slashing conditions, lockups, or other charges. You are solely responsible for understanding and paying all such amounts, as well as any taxes, reporting obligations, or other liabilities arising from your activity.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with network operations, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the Service in an abusive manner, misrepresent identity, or engage in fraud, market abuse, sanctions evasion, or other harmful conduct.
Suspension or Termination
MMO.ai may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, investigate abuse, address security concerns, or prevent harm to users or third parties.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMO.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation. MMO.ai does not guarantee any staking rewards, protocol outcomes, validator performance, uptime, or error-free functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMO.ai and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, data, digital assets, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
